Delivery Methodology - VALUE

The VALUE methodology framework represents Planwell’s best-practices for the delivery of large- and small-scale solutions to our customers.  It provides a common vision and language for all projects and adds value to Planwell and customer resources, by providing detailed guidance, steps and tools to ensure successful delivery.

The methodology is designed to accommodate various types of technologies, process frameworks and organisational change concepts.  It has several 'flavours', depending on the scope, scale and process or technology leanings of the project at hand; and, we are building more every day.
